A Little About Me
I hold dual roles at Celeritas Solutions. As a Senior Business Strategist, my key objective is to build business capabilities with strong strategic and tactical planning for Celeritas Solutions and our clients. I provide project support to clients looking for technical business solutions that surround analyzing end to end processes and data within clinical outsourcing. As a Financial Consultant, I work to select the appropriate frameworks, tools and approaches to satisfy the client’s needs. Specifically, my focus is on analyzing study-level activity costs and functional metrics. I develop executive presentations utilizing all Office applications to provide greater insight to our clients so they can make better informed decisions and maximize optimal outcomes.
In both roles, my goal is to bring value to our clients and my fellow teammates.
My previous experience includes providing HR generalist support to both front-line managers and senior management. I have worked closely with Finance and Business Operations teams of various industries and company sizes, acquiring expertise in all aspects of HR. My primary focus has been compensation planning and salary analysis including the development of excel-based tools.
Why I Love What I Do
I do this work because I truly love it – it is my passion. I enjoy investigating new ways to meet the organization’s strategies and then putting together the detailed pieces to accomplish each goal. Most of all, I like rising to every challenge and finding new ways to deliver value to the client.
