A Little About Me
I have 28 years experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in multiple operational roles across clinical development. I spent 15 years at Merck in various functions such as clinical financial management, data management, clinical research and resource planning & decision analysis. I’ve spent the last 20+ years of my career focusing on clinical financial management, implementing the function across Merck Research Labs and more recently, within several small biotechs. I started consulting in 2012, building Celeritas Solutions into a functional service provider for the biotech and pharma industry supporting over 35 clients.

Why I Love What I Do
I enjoy consulting in clinical financial management roles for clients because I strive to create value and provide palpable savings for companies. Many of our clients are small biotechs that need good stewardship of their funds and need to get the most out of their limited assets. In addition to this, it’s very rewarding to do this while building your own company, which carries that much more personal meaning to me. Furthermore, building a team of talented consultants who provide the same level of service to clients as part of this growing company, is just as rewarding.
